HELP! Possible Problem on Sust Cycle!

Hey Guys,

Sorry my first post here has to be regarding a problem but I need some opinions. I recently started a run of UG Sust 250 @ 500mg a week. Pins are Mon/Thurs. On my third week on my 5th pin my glute swelled up internally to where it felt like a "gel pack" of sorts. I also on the same day became VERY ILL. It is now Friday and I am still sick although the swelling has diminished.

I am experiencing nausea, loss of appetite, darker than normal urine, slight chills, overall body weakness, slight itching of pin sites and a slight tightness in my chest. I have no site pain and no fever. I have been confined to my bed for the past 4 days. I am worried I am having an allergic reaction? My source is telling me it's nothing and keep going with the cycle but if I am having a bad reaction I do not want to inject again. He basically tells me I just have the flu and stop worrying about it. However, I take this very seriously and wanted some other opinions.

Can anyone shed some light on this? This is my first pinning cycle.

Sounds like its infected,itching is a sign of infection also,is it red?Is it true swelling or is it just a lump?All precautions taken as far as sterility?With the flu like symptoms and being confined to bed etc. the dark urine is probally dehydration.Nausea and chest tightness is bad though Im not real sure about that unless its bad test or your having a allergic reaction but that should have happened in the beginning.

Those were kinda my thoughts as well that if it was bad gear or an allergy it would have hit me right off the bat. My source is on the same batch right now and he is fine. Yeah, it's the prolonged sickness feeling and the mild chest tightness that is worrying me.

As far as my glute, it was more of a large lump under the skin. It was never a lump on the surface or any surface swelling. It was mildly warmer to the touch than compared to the surrounding areas but nothing major or alarming IMO. It was slightly more flush but never a red color.

I try and be very sterile in my pinning. Here is my basic process:

Wash hands with antibacterial soap
Open alcohol prep pad and wipe vile.
Open new needle from packaging and draw from vial.
Cap needle.
Open new alcohol prep pad and swab pin area.
Uncap needle and inject.
Withdraw needle, cap needle and swab pin site with alcohol pad.
Place bandage.
Wash hands again.

Maybe one of my needles although new, was contaminated or something... Still just odd that I get sick at the exact same time.

Your taking all precautions,is it underground that was sealed and labeled or is it UG that your buddy bought in bulk and transfered into a clear vial?

It's bulk and transferred. He is currently running it also but has had no issues from it.

That doesnt mean anything,it could be a contaminated vial,air born molecule that was picked up while transfering,a whole list of factors that could have happened.Best thing to do is try your next pin on schedule and see what happens,it might just be a fluke thing or even a common illness.But if it occours again you might have to resterilize your gear.
