I am from the UK and have been looking for VITEX,as some of you guys say it helps with progesterone gyno ( Taking fina at the mo and nips very painful ) is the active ingredient in VITEX,AGNUS CASTUS,as this is what the health food store recomended when i asked for VITEX.How much VITEX should i be taking?Thanks guys

1500-2000mg ed should be fine i use 1500 ed now

No online sites that i know of will ship bromo to the UK,can anyone help me out
