Help Please

Fellow members, please give me a kick in the ass to get me motivated. Here is the deal. Currently am on a cycle and having good results. I am also on winter break from college. Thus I have all this free time. I only go out like once a week to a club or bar. My friends never really want to do anything. I am using eq with my cycle and I am hungry all the time. Now being that I have this free time I have been eating like a fat slob, such as cookies, cakes, candy, ect. I started my cycle at 170 and am up to 188. My BF is up maybe 2%, so I am around 10% now, but would be having better results if eating clean. I am also sleeping all day. I just feel like a lazy piece of shit. I am about to start my last semester in college. I am student teaching and I am not excited. I dunno what my problem is. I just need some motivation to get me eating clean again and stop being a lazy piece of shit. Any words of advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
Motivation ultimately has to come from within. I had a workout partner that was always leaning on me for inspiration, it was exhausting. I'd post some kind words but he burnt me out. I train alone now. Only thing I can say is you're wasting good gear.
 
Try cleaning out all the junk food and goto the market and buy healthy food. I seem to find myself in moods like yours whether I'm on a cycle or not. Only advice I can give is do you best to stick with it. Take advantage of your cycle while your still on because when you have to come off you'll kick yourself in the ass later. Goodluck
