So i'm about to start a test prop, npp, anavar cycle within a couple weeks. I've noticed a hard lump under my right nipple. Its not very big but i can defintely feel it. other than that i have no other signs of gyno. no itching or puffiness. I'm assuming this is gyno though. Would it be okay to start my cycle and begin taking letro as well or do i need to take care of the possible gyno first and then worry about the cycle. if it helps my past cycles have been a test e dbol cycle, 1-t cycle, and a beastdrol cycle. Any help would be appreciated. thanks
