help out with my puffy nipplies,

well not sure what to do, i might have a bit of gyno no lumps, or over sized nipple or any thing. they are just a little puffy ever since i can remember. I am about 11% BF and almost all of it is on my gut and tits.
thinking it is just some fat I hope, what do you guys think.?

I have the same thing, it gets better when my bodyfat is around 8 or 9%. It's naturally around 12-13% during mass cycles or in between cycles. If you dont have a hard lump under em then its probably not gyno.

i have a right lump on the left of my left nipple, but that can just be fat.
i was told that the lump had to be right under the nipple is this right?

RD's correct...I think it does have to be directly under the nipple.

i have the same problem here, trying to figure out if it is gyno , but i don't know. Cant't really tell at times my nipple feal a little sensitive and they itch on occasion, but not really that much, i have no lump so i really hope its just my mind playing tricks on me...i am trying to get some proviron or some amirdex...but that shit is impossible around here!!! are you guys using anything?

getting some armidex, but my nips really never hurt until mon when i started talking only 5 clen a day. my nips felt like they were on fire. no one could belive me so i took some nolv and tried agian tue, same dam thing happend, took more nolv and that was it stopped taking the clen it was not worth it.
