help on vitex

need info on why to use vitex?

If prolactin levels in your body during or after a cycle are causing gyno supplementing with 1 gram of vitex per day will help get rid of it.

I don't know about getting rid of it... I used it as a preventative measure @1.5g/day while on Fina, and I had no problems.
