Help on my 2nd cycle...

I'm just about to finish p my first cycle of Andropen 275 twice a wk & deca 250 once a week. I've made some really good gains. I'm 6'5 272 lbs @ 15%. I don't plan on running another cycle until somewhere around the end of summer, but I want to try and stick with just adding the lean mass and kee my B.F. @ 10 % or below. I know diet and excercise play a big part in this, but Iwanna know what you guys think I should be looking at as far as the gear and dosages go, P.C.T. too ! Thanks guys!

how about we talk about your diet first, then we can talk about your cycle.
 
O.K. High protein and moderate Carbs and fats. The way the test made my appetite work this time I would eat just about anything I could get my hands on, my work schedule keeps me eating out of a luchbox most of the time though, so there was alot of tuna, chicken, beef jerkey and leftover steak. Now since this isn't the "Diet & Bodybuilding" section and it is the "Steroids Discussion Forum " , you think we could discuss the question about Steroids ?

Not to flame you bro; But whatever forum this is Mr. X is right on the money here; Diet, Training and rest are the most important thing to achieve any goal you have; especially diet. AAS are there becuase they give you a small nudge in the right direction but you can't depend on them totally.
To cut down your diet should be high protein, low carbs and low fats.

For me if i wan't to lose weight fast i eliminate carbs altogether - which is very hard to do and very hard on your body.

Cardio should be at least 3 times a week in the morning at and on an empty stomach.

Extra supplements you can take to help: ECA

AAS: anvar, primo, EQ, winny, T-bol provided you have proper PCT
 
Yeah, I know that but I'm not asking about the diet or the training. I'm asking about the gear. I already have the other down, that's what is aggrivating. I don't want a cutting stack. The cutting will be done naturally between cycles. I am just looking for the info on the best cycle for me to not bloat up, or put on alot of excess bodyweight. Just looking for opinions on a good lean mass stack.
 
400mg eq ew 1-14 weeks
tbol 60mg ed 1-4 weeks
tbol 60mg ed 10-14
proviron 50mg ed entire cycle.
i'm on this exact cycle with the eq a little higher. i reccomend it cause it is completely side free. no anti e's are required nothing. now if you want you can add test to the mix but then you'll need ai's for the bloat.
