Help on ECA stack (cycling, dosage)

My two bottles came today after a month of waiting.. (UK)
I have a few more questions I hope can be answered.

1) Is the fat loss related to your calorie intake or the type of food that you eat
(Here i'm basically talking about calories from meat rather than shakes, less carbs etc)

2) I've noticed some people say not to do cardio, but I want to for better results, IN my gym the machines have a heart rate monitor, I was wondering what cardio would be good, and what my target heart rate should be for fat burn and muscle retaining (i'm 19)

3) What's with the pin dick from the ECA?

Anymore more info would be appreciated

1) Calorie deficit works best, I eat meat and shakes and anpb while cutting

2) I do 45mins of cardio or play basketball 5 to 6 times a week. ECA helps preserve muscle mass.

3) Never had a problem with any "equipment" issues.

why do you recommend anpb whilst cutting?

The eca was working really well, the fact melted off me, until I thought I could get away with eating like I was on a bulk, and it seemed to come back again :S

Anybody give me any diet ideas?
 
Quick question what is the reccomended rest/off time for the E.C.A stack? I was on it for 3 months and have now been off it for about 1 month. Im sure i already asked but i cant find it in the thread.

It varies some people will say 1 month is enough some would say wait another month or two.

I never had any sides from the ECA but you also wanna make sure your receptors and everything have had time to clean up and everything from last time.

Its really your call at this point.
