Right now I am looking for a PWO shake to take. I'm looking for something in the high calorie range because I will get out of the gym at 4:30-4:45 and start work at 5:15 so I need something that will keep my filled till 7:15 break.
I heard get Dextrose to put in your shake but no clue where to buy it. I start my new program on Monday if my leg heals up from a bad squat. Taste isn't really a problem as long as I can chug it. If you can do shots of Everclear you can handle any nasty liquid almost.
My Goal is the loss of Body fat, if the online calc is correct then I am currently at 19% BF. I would like to get down to 10% by next March or so, and that is just to see my abs. I'm doing all clean foods like baked chicken, turkey patties, baked pork chops, boiled eggs. Kashi Go-Lean Cereal, cottage cheese (low fat) with peaches for breakfast. I'll have a full write up on my diet this weekend after I go shopping. Right now I'm at 197 at 5'8". Anyone with a good PWO please post me your recipe.
