Im gonna search for the answers in 'here' for this, too, but if you'd all like to help it would be appreciated. 5'8" @ 178 lbs, 28 years old, lifting off/on since 13, approx 15-18 % BF, ~40 chest, ~16 arms, ~31 waist, been hitting it hard again for a the past few months and would like to try my first cycle. Thinking about test/eq and maybe var. Want to gain 15-20 lbs lean mass if possible. What lind of test? enth? How much of each? when? start/stop?, the works. What pct should I try to attain?, amounts?, when?, etc. Thanks guys/gals! Sorry so many Q's.
