Help Now

For the past 4 days I have been on the following ratio
.60:.30:.10 Protien/Fat/Carbs

I take in about 1900 Calories a day. I am 6' 200lbs and 10% body fat.

How important are refeed days? Will I suffer if I dont get these refeed days. Someone please explain this to me!

Also I am taking in close to 300g of protien a day. Is that enough to make sure I dont loose any of my muscle?

I would really like some help here because I havent been getting many responses on some of my other posts. I just need some good help from more that just one or two people!

Refeed days are important if you feel sluggish. If not, then I would say they aren't that important. I would suffer if I didn't have refeed days on a daily basis, lol, so I don't know exactly what you are asking.

Taking protein in any amount will not necessarily spare your muscle. It should help, but if you are in a calorie deficit, you WILL lose muscle. About the only thing I can think of that will allow you to keep your muscle at just about any calorie level is fina.

Btw, I think lowcarb dieting sucks, and I have done it every which way. Is it effective? Sure. Is dnp more effective and more tolerable? Yes, yes, yes!
