i dont think this is the right place to post this but ever since my second week into my cycle all i want to do is sleep, i have on energy.
50mg winny ed
50mg anadrol ed
200mg t400 twice a week
i dont know if this is related, any suggestions on boosting energy levels?

What's your diet? Your body is going to respond to how you fuel it first. I'd say post up your typical daily meal plan on the diet board, put it all into a food counts program like www.fitday.com (its free, easy to use) and make sure you're getting enough carbs, enough cals, etc. All the added chemicals in the world will only backfire on you if you arent' eating for what you demand from your body.

lethargy is a side effect. For whatever reason my sleep apnea is worse on cycle. At least i snore more....so im guessing maybe you dont sleep as well "on", thus no restorative sleep.

After you check Diet via Sassy's on pointedness :) possibly check...

to see if there is any stimulant overuse that could be a factor (caffine via coffee, red bull, pills, ECA, Clen, ect).

my diet not exact, but i try and eat every 3 hrs. approximately 3500 to 4000 calories aday. usually 10 eggs in the morning with wheat toast, at least 3 chicken breast throught the day tuna, steak and ON pro complex protein supplements, and ON serious mass suppl. oh and brown rice. However i do notice i crash hard if i drink an energy drink about 2 hrs later. probably sugar.

historically, what i've noticed... what people think they consume is usually a LOT less than they think when guestimated. Unless they've tracked their diet for a period of time and can know within a decent range what their intake is.

Try fitday.com out

Like sarge said - its amazing if you just take the time to quantify your food intake just once & get a real idea of what you are really eating. Let me give you an obvious but very illustrative example. When I did my first competition I was 35 yrs old, had been lifting for nearly 20 yrs already but was sort of new at the diet thing. Actually at one point I was eating not enough. But I went from 16% to 8% bodyfat in about 3 months, dropped 18 lbs by strict diet manipulation and the addition of some cardio. I'd been using the same thermos for quite a while already so they didn't really make a difference in the big picture. Just gave me that kick in the pants, but it was all diet. I cut down not just to 'looking good' but fought my natural estrogen, 35 yrs of my body getting used to my particular lifestyle & diet, etc. strictly w/ detailed diet manipulation. BTW, this was a randomly tested show and I was part of the random testing - so completely natural.

Anyway - its the easy, no cost place to start. Eliminate anything in yoru diet and then you can start looking at different chemicals or whatever. But start w/ your diet in detail because its the foundation of everything your body does, its cheap, its easy and any tweaks can give immediate results.
