Help needed

Ok i started Dbol at 30mg, got some gyno reduced it to 20mg as well as added 20mg of Nolva. I still get very strange/unplesant feeling in my left nipple so i guess i would drop dbol all together. The question is for how long afterwards i should keep taking nolvadex?(this is my second cycle week).
I also take 200mg of primobolan and originally planned to bump it to 300mg after 4th week and switch to Winstrol from Dbol. From what i understand it should not affect my condition, right? So should i immediatly add winny or follow the plan an keep injecting primo alone for the next two weeks?

Take 40mg's per day until the symptoms subside, then 20mg's eod throughout the rest of the cycle...

Remember, dbol is a 17AA and aromatizes into such, it can stay unaffected in the systm for a good while...
