Help needed with ipamorelin dosing

Hi guys

I'm struggling with working out my 100mcg dose of ipamorelin with back water. I have:

Ipamorelin 10mg vial
Bac water 30ml vial
U-100 insulin needle

My calculations: 4ml of bac water is 200iu. With a 10mg vial of ipamorelin, that means that every 4iu on the U-100 will be 100mcg of ipamorelin.

Does that sound right?

I'm not sure 4ml of Bw will fit in the vial. If I went with 2ml, presumably that would mean that 2iu was 100mcg?
