help need workout plan

i am posting this for my g/f.. ladies if you can help.. she want a good workout plan that would be easy stick with. she would propably do it for 4 days a week.. give in good details like what she should do each day.. i know how to workout as a man but not as a woman.. she is wanting to lose weight and tone up.. i dont know how often to rest muscles or how long for cardio.. i only do each body part once a week.. i dont know about woman wen the are just toning and burning fat.. thanks for the help...
 
thx alot.. maybe men and woman arent so different.. sounds kind of like my workout.. i just go mon-thurs.. cardio on mon, wed, and fri.. i do chest and bis on mon.. tue back and tris.. wed shoulers and hams.. and thurs quads..
 
If you do a search there are tons of info on types of workout splits and exercises you can do...W6 has some great ones he has posted several times.
