Help! Need advice ...

on a 400mg/week of primo.

currently 6th week.

was about to incorporate var at 40mg a week starting week 7.

Got injured last night. I do judo and landed hard on the floor.

SPRAINED LEFT WRIST.

Very mild, but it hurts when I pick something heavy. Or even certain motions with the hand, I feel the pain.

I've been icing it every 3-4 hours.

Not much swelling.

I'm wondering what I should do. I don't know how long it will take me to recover. My guess would be approximately 1-2 weeks. I've had sprains before and it's usually about a week or two before I can start doing anything significant again with the sprain.

What should I do with the cycle? Should I take the PCT and start over in about 8 weeks?

Was planning on a 14 week cycle, with the last 8 weeks compounded with var.

I have enough of everything, so I'm not worried about supply.

I just want to know if I should stop this cycle now and let my wrist properly recover. Or can I lower the dosage for the next two weeks or so and do some LIGHT lifting and hope that I can still recover that way? Or should I just stop altogether for now?

I'll feel like I've wasted the last 6 weeks but oh well, if that's what needs to be done, then that's how it's got to be.

What should I do?

If it's just sprained, keep on. It will heal in time. On the juice you'll even heal a bit faster.

I respectfully disagree.

Don't look to juice to heal injuries. Peptides might help there but not aas. The risk is that u'll compound the injury by lifting too heavy even if u fokus on taking it lightly. Take 6 weeks off then resume. If that means getting some more primo then do so. Thats good stuff u're using. Dont waste any more of it. Just my 2c.

I wish u a speedy recovery man.

Sure, Juicing to heal faster is dumb. But, He's already on and might as well stay on. Like someone else suggested, hit the legs hard. Physical therapists use light resistance training to heal sprains. I should have also said to take it easy, but he doesn't have to stop lifting altogether. It also depends on how it feels, how he sprained it and if he can still lift without discomfort. A sprained wrist can be wrapped up tight and use lighter weight and be just fine. Soccer players wrap up sprained ankles and still play without further injuring themselves and they are ruthless on their bodies.

What lifting moves involve a lot of wrist? DB excercises mostly. Use machines on your upper body or atleast try it. If you can't do them, then don't. If you can, more power to you. You might be able to pull but not push or vice versa. just try it out first with lighter weights and see how everything goes.

well actually i kinda like the hitting the legs hard idea. It all depends how serious the injury is. A sprained wrist sounds like nothing but it may be worse than one thinks. I think he could try it out if the spraining isn't too bad but my first inclination is never juice while injured.

+1

If he was going to start with an injury, i'd say wait. the only reason I say keep going is because he's already on and it's relatively a minor injury.
