Can I Just Let Them Lie In Room Tempereature To Warm Slowly, So That They Dont "explode" Like Other Glass Vials Can?

let it sit at room temperature and warm up; if it crystalized (after you have it warm) then you can bake it.

Like they said just let it thaw. If you do what Mr X said and bake it keep it short and very low heat. Enanthate will literally melt in your hand, that's how low the melting point is.
