i talked to my gym teacher today and he was calculating how much he needs to eat and so he calculated mine. if i want to get around 190 from 180 by the end of the summer with all the cardio and lifting i will need 5044 calories daily!!!!
where the hell am i going to get all this from.
with eating 1 gram of protien or a little more.
CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD SNACK ON AND ANY ADVICE FRO ME AT ALL.
I REALLY NEED HELP WITH THIS.
