help my dcycle please

dear friends
ı have found a new supplier so ı am planning to make a new cycle based on cutting steroids
ı am not very experienced on steroids just made two mild beginner cycles
but now ı am thinking of pro cycle
ı am 275 pounds 190 cm
ı have some excess body fat ı am trying to get rid of it
ı am not very strong ı only can 8 reps bench presses with 220 pounds
so what ı can do about this
ı counting on your knowledge, experience.
is there a new hot cycle in america for cutting if so let me know

Cutting is all about diet and training period. AAS can be used to maintain muscle while you're cutting but no gear will burn fat for you.

You want to lose excess body fat? Burn more calories than you eat. Lift 3-4 times per week to increase your muscle mass and speed up your metabolism. Throw in 30-60 minutes of cardio after the weight training and the fat will come off in a hurry.

Better yet, get up every morning and run 3 miles on an empty stomach for the cardio. If you want spectacular results then you have to have spectacular dedication. Eat 200-400 calorie high protein, low fat, low carb meals 6-8 times per day. Lift with intensity.

Follow this recipe and you will be amazed by the progress. Once you have your diet and training in check, then it's time to consider AAS.

Why are you giving this guy advice when you've never done a cyycle before? You've been asking questions on this board the past couple of days and thats cool, thts what this board is here for, to learn. But you dont need to be giving advice on shit you dont know about. Dont go telling new guys who weight 275 but can only bench 220, and admit to having plenty of excess bodyfat, to run winstrol and deca. Not flaming you bro, but ive seen like 3 posts in the last 5 minutes where you were giving cycle advice, and you have no cycle experience. This stuff isnt a game-be careful bro. Listen and learn.
