So I placed an order with NTBM on Sept 1st. Still don't have my order almost a month later. I've tried emailing customer support(numerous times), calling the store(talked to the chick and Nate), and have yet to get my order. Last time i called they said they would reship my order...that was a week ago. I'm located in the US and have placed over $1,000.00 worth of supps over the past 2 years from this company. Not sure what gives, but at this point... i just want a refund. Can anybody help me? I can provide an order number
