so im planning on taking anavar, adequan, and l3igf-1... and was wondering what the best way to cycle them are for rehabbing an injury...if someone could lay down the dosing, cycle length, when to introduce each one, would be great!
 
Lets have some stats? Height, weight, age, bf, years lifted and AAS experience?
 
im 5'8..175lbs..20 yrs old bf% n/a...i was on a pretty intense lifting/training program for about 2 solid years but the past 2 years i havnt really been able too..mainly due to muscle injuries ive acquired...im an athlete btw and this would be my 1st experience w/ AAS.
 
Adequan is usually dosed at 125mg every 4 days for a month.

Some people like to use a weight based dose but 125mg has been used successfully by many people of varying weights and 2 500mg vials should do the trick nicely.

Cant read the artical, they just want you to buy their stuff. I have had my share of injurys and the only thing that helped a little was deca but thatsabout it.
 
your only 20, i was still growing naturally at 24, aas is not gonna repair your tendons man, trust me, i have had ac separation third degree, rotator cuff tear, two tore labrums, as intense as u need to train with aas and your age, iwould suggest some intense pt to strengthen ur ancillary muscles around the tendons.
 
Yes, i tried to use AAS before for injuries, it really doesnt work as well as some say. What did help fix me up was tons of swimming, it does absolute wonders, my workouts have been absolutley pain free since i started, i had a few strains in my chest that were recovering, few other minor things, and after a month of just swimming i felt like a million bucks.
 
Test weakens joints and that is the base of most cycles. You are only 20 and running anything right now will screw up your body. But don't listen to me just look at all those health old wrestlers! Oh there is only one Hogan, and who knows what he is still taking?
