I just started aldactone today at 25g, how much water should i drink? Actually i've been told to stick with tea and forget just straight up water? So i've been throwing Green tea bags in my water. I'm one 100mcg T3 as well, dont know if that matters. So how much water bros>?

I wouldnt even be drinking green tea. I would drink a gallon of distilled water to quickly flush your self out..then just move on to straight water. I would start restricting water for the next 3 days.

Dyazide is what Needsizes uses. And look at his gallery. MOFO is ripped!!!! Maybe that is why his water/sodium depletion technique backfired on me?? Because I didn't use Dyazide. I instead used Dandelion Root! LOL

if it helps i used a PMS tea for a while. I got it at a health food store. Its made for women when they are pmsing and bloating. Well i know it works on men...I was pissing out water like crazy. I used 6 bags per gallon.
