Im trying to have around 300gr of carb during my cycle but can some one tell me ıt should be mix of complex and simple carb?? or how much of eachs? how should I calculate this?
Always eat veggies with each meal. Keep ur calories the same but for your starchy meals have brown rice, a potato, oats....Veggies are not counted toward an increase in carbs. Does that make and sense? lol
