Help Me Reach My Goals (please)

Guys,

I'm rethinking my strategy for using gear to acheive my goals. My stats are below:

Age: 38
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 170 lb
BF: 16%

I am obviously not a competitive body builder. My goal is to lower my body fat to 10% or less but stay at 170 lbs since that is easy for me to maintain with my diet. I pretty much follow the zone diet; 2700 calories/day, 30% protien, 30% fat, 40% carbs every meal.

I am definitely a hard-gainer and I go for 5 mile runs 3 times/week which further limits my growth potential. Up to now I've been running bulking cycles with deca, d-bol, and test for 5-6 weeks (3500 calories/day) where I gain about 10 lbs. Then I immediately start 3 weeks of clen (while the deca and long half-life test is working its way out of my system) to drop the 10 lbs I gained and I end up about 2% lower in body fat.

However, it seems there has to be a more direct, quicker way. I'm way past the point in my training where I can put on muscle and drop body fat at the same time but the right gear should allow me to do that (even at my age).

I once ran a cutting cycle with winny, T3 and clen where I put on 5 lbs. Seems the increase in my metabolism from the T3 helped the winny build up some nice muscle. So, below is what I was thinking for my next cycle. Let me know what you think. BTW, I love the boost in sex drive I get from test so I'd like to keep that in my cycle but would consider another option if it would get me to my goals quicker. In fact, any advice about any aspect of my training would be appreciated.

(The Enanthate is heavily front-loaded to get me to 100mg/day absorption by the beginning of week 2.)

40mg/day Nolvadex for 3 weeks
 
I think a perfect addition to this would be fina @ 75mg/day Weeks 2-8. It really helps add strength, maintian muscle while dieting, and finishes this cycle well. If you are use to deca, and don't have any problems with it, I'm sure fina will work well for you.
