Help me put together PCT

So i'm finishing up in 4 weeks but I would like to get all my PCT stuff now. The cycle is 500 mg Sust EW for 10 weeks. So I read that first i should start 2 weeks after last injection for clomid at like 300mg for the first day then 100 mg for the next 10 days, but then how should I taper down? Also I would like to run a short agressive cycle of Nolvadex as well. Im currently on .25mg of L-dex ED.

wait three weeks after your last shot with sust, 300mg clomid first day 100mg next 10,then 500mg for 10 days,then 50mg eod for a week

nolva you can run 20 or 40mg ed for the entire length of clomid

thats how I did pct after my last cycle and I have only been off 6 weeks and feel 85-90%

500 mg of sust for 10 weeks, I'd probably incorporate some HCG into my PCT just to get the kids back up to snuff again. IMO
