ive turned into the water boy.. what are some ways i can gid rid of excess water

The only ones I would use are dandelion root, glycerol, or taxatrone. I wouldn't mess around with prescription diuretics just to look better for the beach...

I'm with daeo... Midol or other premenstral cycle meds can also help. Cut down on salt.
