Help me out here.. Speech topic?

I have to give a 3-5 minute speech for my night class at the college on a personal value.. like a person, place or thing that I value, and I can't for the life of me come up with anything decent. I could do my parents, but I'm sure that's been done ad nauseum.. any ideas here? If you had to give this stupid speech, what topic would you choose? Thank you peoples.
