Help me identify my DNP please.

I have some left over DNP from 'our old friend'.

They are the crystal caps

For the life of me, I can't remember how many miligrams are in each of those caps........ and I sure don't want to get it wrong.

Damn, I remember now that he did indeed have several strengths.

I'm thinking these are 100mg or 200mg

i am guessing you dont have access to a good scale, but if you happen to find one, the gel caps usually weigh between 100 and 120mg. just subtract that from the total. if you would like to send me one to measure, i can help you out, assuming that all the caps you have are from the same order and same amount.

The DNP is cut with cornstarch... there's no way to know the mg strength without a lab test.
He'd get the overall weight of both cornstarch and dnp.

thanks, i didn't even think about that aspect. i always made mine 100% DNP.

ginNjuice: if you are fairly certain they are 100-200mg, just take one a day and go by how you feel. however, the safest thing to do would be to throw them out and get a new supply with a dosage you know for sure

Yep...Cornstarch or other product. I buy mine capped with antioxidant blend powders, not cornstarch. But there's no way to know it. I say just try the stuff, assuming it's 200mg (which the standard upper dose,although one guy in NY claims to sell 250mg, although that guy's stuff burns like it was only 50-100mg). Go a few days assuming the upper limit, and by day 3-4 you should know if you can go higher or not.
