I am 6'4" 210 lbs. I have been taking deca for 4 weeks now (600mg/week) and am taking creatine and protein shakes regularly. I work out at least 5 days a week and am just now starting to add a bit more mass. Can anyone recommend something else to add to routine/cycle. I would like to stay away from anything that will have noticible side effects. I also realize that unless i hit it hard with test and other drugs, I wont see too much additional mass. This deca cycle is the first time I have ever put anything besides over-the-counter supplements in my body. I would like to keep my lean build but just add some mass, especially in time for this summer. How long should I stay on my Deca cycle ? I have heard suggestions from 12 weeks up to as much as 6 mohths.
