well guys i am doing a show the 15th of september and will come in at 154 at around 3%. i am 5'7 and have done two previous cycles...i want to add some mass. i have two bottles of t400, 2 bottles of tokyo eq, and 200 10mg tokyo dbol tabs...could you guys help me with my doses...i want to eventually get up to 225...last time i was at 215 after my first and then cut for the show...i think i ate too much fast food lol. so help me out thanks

well after water depletion i will be about that...currently i am 165 but i know ill lose water after wards.someone please help me withe the next cycle
