help me build a cycle with these drugs...

this is my second cycle. after gains from my first, i weigh about 230 lbs at 9% BF .

can i build a cycle with anadrol, dbol, sustanon? i also can get winstrol and deca. i want big gains and high muscle retention after the cycle.

please advise.

500mgs of test e/w for 10 weeks
anadrol 100mgs ed for 6weeks
winstrol 50mgs ed weeks 6-12
or
500mgs of test e/w for 10 weeks
50mgs of dbol ed weeks 1-6
400mgs of deca e/w for weeks 1-10

I wouldnt use anadrol yet for my second cycle... but try this
Week 1-4 30mg Dbol ed
Week 1-10 250mg Sust every 4 days
Week 1-10 300mg Deca

Nice and simple.. with nice gains
