HELP! Just injected 5000iU HCG!

Ok so basically i've stuffed up big time here, injected 5000iU in one shot as this is what i was told to do from my source. But reading up on this site 5000iU is way too much for one shot. I'm now really stressing if this will do any long term or even short term damage?
My course was 9 weeks of 1ml test ethanate a week and 40mg anavar a day
My last injection was 2 weeks ago today and I injected the 5000iU today. As I have injected way too much what do i do from here? I have another 2 5000iU vials and 2ml of bw. Should I wait 5 days then inject 1500iU every second day and leave it at that?
Please help!!!

don't sweat the 5000iu injection

for PCT you can do 1500iu twice weekly starting next week, just let this week slide as 5000iu is plenty for 7 days

nothing bad will happen to you except the size of your loads this week lol

Thanks heaps for your reply mate, that's a big worry off my chest. So from next week do I just do the two 1500iU shots and thats it or how long do I continue the 1500iU shots, Thanks.

i would do 1500iu twice weekly for 4-5 weeks

Wouldn't 5 weeks be a bit long for a PCT? Most other people on here seem to be only doing 2 weeks??? Cheers
