Help! I Can't Send Mail with Outlook Express!!!

I have outlook hooked up to my yahoo mail and i can retrieve my yahoo mail just fine, but when i try to send the mail it just gets stuck in the outbox folder

what do i need to do with the settings so that i can send mail out of my yahoo mail using outlook? thanks
