help I am new to this

Hello I am new to this site but I am needing some advice I have got my hands on some sus 250 and deca and I have never taken steriods before how should I start using this and what should I do while I am taking it

I guess a more important question is how much sust and deca do you have?

You have to do a lot of research.. read.. read.. read and use the search function.

Some changes need to be made, let's just put it that way. If you keep drinking the 10-15 is gonna come. Stay 500mgs or under with the sos and 400 or less on the deca. Better check out posts on PCT before you take your first dose. Be prepared. The ten lbs should be easy but you have got to start eatin right.

well I have been drinkin like that for I dont know how long and nothing has happen and what do you mean by stay under or less than on the sus and deca is that are you talking about the total amount that I take

No, you dont have enough of either one to complete a cycle...nor do you have anything for PCT...so you might as well hold on to it until you have done more research and learned what all you need to go along with any cycle of AAS.

Ok I will hold on to it for a while and see what else I can come up with but I was told that 10cc was enough for a cycle. How long should I take it and with it being my first time how much of each and how often. and what is pct sorry for all the crazy questions but if I am going to do this I want it to work the first time and I want to make sure that I have what I need thanks for the INFO

Do some reading....You'll find plenty of answers and options.
 
I would suggest you start lifting and eating clean before you start any
cycle. No excercise combined with poor diet and steroids equals side
effects and poor judgement for all.
 
Is it even worth doing gear if you dont work out?? You want to get to your natural maxes lifting and then juice up to surpass what you would natrually. When you first start you will be starting so light that while you build a base you will be wasting the juice and the and the effects. Click on the "Search" link at the top of the page and research everything you have questions about. Everything you need to know can be found by doing this. Do a secrh for "sust,deca" and what all the results. Also do "PCT" which is probably the most important thing I have learned about on here without it your fucked.

OK, so you don't lift, your diet's for shit, and you drink WAY too much?? Yeah, you should be able to put on 15lbs of muscle no problem.

Wait, you do have the new magic vials of sust and deca right?
 
week 1-12 500mg sustanon monday and thursday 250mg
week 1-10 400mg deca

nolvadex on hand for gyno. or 10 mg ed throughout 20mg ed weeks 13-20
arimidex .5 ed throughout and into pct
hcg week 14-17 1000 iu's eod

for the cycle you will need 6000mg of sustanon 4000mg of deca at least 125 10mg nolvadex pills 65 arimidex pills and 10000 iu's of hcg.

that is everything you need. but i take it you may not know what the last three are so go to the pct forum. you need to do some hard core reasearch. go to the diet and training forum and get a good diet plan. your going to need at least 4000 calories a day. you gotta give up the beer bro. get a routine and start lifting. build what you can naturally. when you go on you want to be in a mode where your working out all the time. get in the habit of going to the gym. it is easy to skip a day if you havent made it your lifestyle. do the reasearch brother. you only get out what you put in.
 
I mean that you don't have to take more than 500mgs of the SUS or more than 400mgs of the deca. You can stay at those dosages for a while but you do not have to go above that for results. The drinkin does effect the training. I have had a life long affinity for BOONE'S FARM Strawberry Hill. It was good then and its good now. I love that cheerleader beer. Makes it hard to stay between the ditches though. Best of luck to ya
