Help ---I am a rookie...

I am looking to lose some weight. I have plenty of muscle mass, just need to drop some weight. I have weight trained my whole life due to playing college football. I am 6'4 about 285....looking to drop 25-35 lbs. I am interested in taking clen and winstrol or whatever would be best. So my question is, what is best and how much can I expect to lose in what time frame?

treso...many people will come on here telling you to take all types of gear such as winstrol, t3, etc...but cut up naturally...really focus on diet and hit cardio hard...the results are astonishing if done right...if you need some help with that, hit the diet and training board.....anywayz, IMO winny is a waste anyway at high bf
 
another rookie w/ the common misconception that juice will shed the weight off. You wanna shed the weight? Cardio and Diet are where you need to look.
