help guys......my first cycle

hi guys

im relatively newbie to bodybuilding. I started lifting 2 years ago
im 162 lb, 5.6 tall, and my BF is curuntly 13%. i do lifting 3 times a week with hitting each body part with intinsity at once a week, i aslo do cadio 3 times a week. i didnt gain much wight since i started, and its getting hard to increase my pumps during work out. i realized i was on calorie deficient most of the time, so i determined to start my first bulking cycle. i want to do a bulking and a cutting cycle in 16 week period. i want to know how many calories should i consume during my bulking cycle, and what are the ratios of protein, carbs and fat should i take ( i dont want to get chuby). i aslo want to know haw many calories, carbs, protiens and fat should i consume in my bulking cycle. i want to know how long should my bulking cycle be and how long my cutting should be in the 16 weeks. i want my BF to 8% or less at the end of the cycle with minimum lean muscle lose, i think i waill take some ECA before workout, and 1.5g of l-Carnitine for aid lose ( what do u think about that guys should i use them or something else). the supplements that i use are creatine, ZMA, Glutamine, whey islotae, and Multi Vit. i want to know if u guys think i should add or subtract anything to my Supp (i dont want to use juce or pro hormons)

i know thats alot of questions but i will apreciate your help guys

start with test, that seems to be the standard of advice for a first cycle.

well mabe im not an expert in bodybuilding,but i have a strong back background in bichemestry ( junior year bichemestry major)
and i think 1-test is crab.....and trust me you wouldnt like to miss with your hermon balance and get a girly breast ( i know someone who have these)......well im sorry about that joke 2:p
 
X. You spell like shit for a "Bichemist". It is hard to believe that you can't even correctly spell the field in which you are majoring. It is Biochemist.
Kentucky was not talkong about the "crab" called 1-test. He just said Test...As in AAS.
Dude, do some research and put in some time reading about this subject.
 
Don't take this as a smart-ass remark, but you need to hang around the body building boards, work out at least 4 days a week, and don't mess with an AS until you did real research, most of these guys know what they are talking about. If you are not careful without proper research you may have more problems that bitch tits!:die:
 
ok my bad .....i misspelled biochemist


but that guy is telling me to use ASS Deca/Primo/Sustanon or whatever.....i dont think he should advise any one to take steroids especially for a beginner.

Bro, is English your first language? I hope not...

... because if you're a junior year biochemistry major (and you spelled it wrong TWICE), and you think hormone is spelled 'hermon', you're going to be a senior year arts major.

Perhaps English isn't your first language? If it is, the you might want to spell check your posts before hand so people take you a little more seriously.

Now about the drugs. If you've only been training for 2 years, and admit to having a piss poor diet... do you not thing THAT is the reason why you aren't gaining...

Remember... 1 ampule of oil a week isn't going to pack on the pounds...

Juice is the spark... food is the fuel...
