Help Guys! I feel like Hell .......

What should I do - Help!

PLEASE lets get some various opinions on this.

I feel like shit and need some guidance. This is my first cycle.

I have just started week 6 of my cycle.

Weeks 1-8, Test Cyp 500 mg/wk, EQ 300 mg/wk
Weeks 9-14, Winny 50 mg/day, EQ 300 mg/wk

So, I am well into the Test/EQ part. I have put on about 12 lbs (now 205 lbs, 10% BF, 37 years old). BTW, I KNOW the gear is good.


OK, I feel like Hell. I am tired. A Lot. I don't feel like doing anything. Sure, I can function, get through my day, but I find it liek SO hard to get a lot of enthusiasm for anything. My whole body feels almost like a freegin train wreck. And get this - with all of this Test in my system, I have like almost NO sex drive.

I am beginning to think I am overtraining. Probably my stupidity ..... I know, but when I go into the gym man .... I can just keep going and going. Damn, on Monday I did a total of like 15 sets on chest and I think 10 on Biceps (difrerent exercizes, angles, etc for each). Of course, all sets to failure.

OK, duh .... maybe I am overtraining. But I figured on juice, this would not be an issue.

But damn, NOW what do I do?

A) Take time off! DONt go in tomorrow! OK - HOW LONG do I take off?

B) Stop being a pussy and just keep going! (Trust me, I CAN. I mean, I may feel like hell now, but when I walk through the doors to the gym, CLICK ...... I am THERE and can blast away.)

C) STOP the cycle. Now. Screw this crap. Yes, do your Clomid, etc.....

D) The cycle is a bulking one - which switches to hardening. If you are close to your mass goals (I am, maybe I could use 5 or at most 8 more lbs as long as I kept it all), then switch over to the Winny/EQ phase now. Lay back on the traing for a bit, then go back after a week or so.


WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK?



BY THE WAY - THE OPTION TO TAKE TIME OFF IN THE POLL IS ......... TAKE TIME OFF FROM TRAINING FOR A FEW DAYS, MAYBE A WEEK. KEEP THE GEAR RUNNING.

Oh almost forgot ........ although I had a big appetite like 1-2 weeks ago, its getting very hard to eat. I mean ......... I just am NOT hungry.

And yes, I am taking supplements to suport the cycle. Proetien, Creatine, Multi-Vits, B complex, EFA's (Udo's), Saw Palmetto, Milk Thistle, Zinc, B-5, etc.
 
Sounds like you might be overtraining. I would suggest
that you either taper off the cycle and stop , save your juice for when you are fresh.

Meanwhile increase the calorie intake and the protien intake , train with higher reps and less sets and the when the cycle is done take a week off training.

After that you should be pumped to start again.
 
you might be overtraining,i know the eq will make you feel a lil run down not all the time, but make sure your getting enough rest, eat well. Good Luck;)
 
How about none of the above... instead of going to your "hardening phase" early, save the cutting for a later cycle and finish out your EQ test cycle.

Take 2 days to rest, eat, and recover and keep going. You should be fine. You are just overtrained and 2 days off should not be much of an interruption.

Did I mention eat?
 
Overtraining No! your Not

Are you sore! you didn't mention it. You recover an average of 60% faster on the juice.

2 reasons I felt like shit.

Are you getting deep sleep?

I mean hardcore body slam to bed sleep. If not get some ambien "sleeping drug" If you can get juice you can get ambien. My doctor gave it to me

Don't sleep more than 9 hours before you workout. Oversleeping can make you tired.

Next and most importantly

Antioxidants

1200 IU vitamin E per day preferably right after a workout and during your meal.


These 2 things made me feel 2000% better on the sauce. flush out those free rads bro
 
How has your sleep been?? For me, sleep plays a major role in my recovery and growth. In my opinion, take off for a few days, take some glutamine, vitamin c, etc. and then see how you feel. Also when I start to feel like you are, I go and rent Pumping Iron or read Flex Mag. to get my mind back into the game. There is that mental aspect to bodybuilding that sometimes is forgotten. i know how your feeling im on 1500mg of sus and not even horny.i can perform when needed but not the usual horndog that i usually am on test.i also started my cutting cycle early, it got nice out and i felt like a fat bloated pig and had no energy.now i feel much better
 
Riker, you can and probably are overtraining. I did this on my first cycle. I would work legs for like 2hrs. I went up,up and up for about 5 weeks and then it stopped. I felt tired all the time, and my lifts actually dropped. I've worked out long enough to know I had overtrained.
Keep working out but drop the intensity for a week or two. You should then recover very quickly due to the AS.
Age maybe a factor. I'm 35.

1500mg of sus are you nuts, which by the way is there any nuts left.


You should look into HGH bro Anthing over 1gram is more than likely going to shutdown natural test indefinantly. I'm not a doctor but your receptor sites are not the bat cave they do have limits. Conan only takes a gram a week. You have enough to sauce the entire board for a week.

I am wondering if I should stop altogether for a while, or just go very very easy.

I am inclined to just not work out for like a week ......... but, man ...... that's hard.


LOL - this is so funny, a good friend of mine was almost yelling at me today for doing so many sets. He was like 16 GOD-DAMNED SETS FOR CHEST, THEN 12 FOR BICEPS - ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR MIND!!!!!!! The thing is, I just get into it once I am at the gym, and I just keep going. Even if the weight I can lift is dropping, I just keep going. Oh well. I guess I ain't Superman after all. LOL

ripped, 1500mg is alot and side effct like you are getting are not uncommon with that dosage. However, don't listen to gyno, he is wrong. You'll be alright eventualy. Its not like your body is all screwed up now forever.
 
stop cycle your body is telling you something...your body will tell u when something is wrong...if there is a drug in this cycle u have never used before then stop that drug it could be the culprit..stick with the things you know don't make you feel terrible...thats what I've learned...they still work if u take enough time off in betweeen cycles..so don't always worry about changing to different drugs all the time....especially dont use them again if they make u feel so bad...........
 
I would also have to say get a lot more sleep. I know I feel like crap if I don't get at least 8 hours of honest rest(no booze or drugs and passing out).

Dave take a week off. Go to the fuckin' beach and rollerblade on the boardwalk.
Go to DaKine and get a teriyaki chicken plate lunch-hold that-get two.
DONT GO TO THE GYM. You need a break. Seriously. Enjoy life and maybe hit Tj and get some viagra and lay the pipe. You will get back to normal..

DAMN, THAT SUCKS. TEST CAN MAKE YOU FEEL SHITTY, BUT SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE WHATEVER IT IS REALLY BAD. WHAT'S YOU DIET LIKE? YOU GETTING ENOUGH CALS? YOU ARE DEFINITATELY OVERTRAINING, THOUGH. CHILL OUT ON THE 100 SETS AND DO 9-12 SETS PER BODY PART TO FAILURE ONCE A WEEK MAX.
 
Take a few days off....vacation day during the week and sleep all day.....rest will make ya feel better...and dude....don't overtrain.....
