help!! foreign shipping question

i placed a chinese order the other day, and they gave me a tracking number, but its using UPS.... is this better or worse than the dhl??? this means i wont have to sign, correct? also, when i type the number into the website, it says not found. anyone else order recently and have this happen?? help me out!!

Every time I've ordered (5-6 times) I've gotten a dhl tracking number. Has anyone else gotten anything besides dhl??

If you order certain things it comes through a different carrier, Ups has its advantages in some ways, its the only shipper i know that refuses to let police use their vehicles and uniforms for controlled deliverys. They also are very slow at scanning in packages and sometimes they dont do it at all.

fed ex, dhl, ups courier services are all a big no when it comes to receiving products to be used for animals.
