help for my girlfriend on T3

My girlfriend went on T3 and Clen 2 weeks ago today and has only seen moderate results. 25mcg T3 2x/day and 35mcg CLEN 2x/day. She is a good dieter and strong lifter but she is not on an anabolic right now and does not wish to go on one. Is there anything she can do to improve the effectiveness? She is only going to be on for another week and a half.
