Okay guys, I can use some help……. I have been working out for the past year and have gone from 255 to 195 (I’m 6’-0”, 24 years old.) I am still carrying around some fat around my midsection/love handles, but I really don’t want to lose any more weight. My past goal has been to diet down until I got rid of the fat in this area, but I feel I am sacrificing too much muscle in the meantime…am I right in my thinking?? My current goal is to bulk up to around 210, but because I still have some fat I need to lose, I would like to do it as lean as possible (I understand that it is inevitable that some fat will be gained in the process). I currently train 4 days a week and do 20 mins of cardio 3 times a week:
Monday: Chest/tris -cardio
Tuesday: Back/biceps -cardio
Wednesday: Shoulders/traps -cardio
Thursday: Legs/Abs
What kind of diet advice do you have for me c/p/f (it is totally screwed up right now)? Should I cut out the cardio?? Any advice at all would be greatly appreciated…….!!
