I've been reading here for about 3-4 weeks and like what I hear. I need some help with my first cycle. First off, here's my stats:
34 yrs old
17 years work out history (on and off since high school) latest is 1 month
6'
195 lbs
15-17% body fat (will know exact after trip to Dr. for blood work)
Diet and nutrition is solid... eating 200-250 g of protein a day, etc etc...
My goals are to put on 15-20 lbs, shread fat and get strong. I am not starting my cycle until mid-June.
My cycle:
wks 1-8 deca 1.5 cc per week (2x per week)
wks 1-3 Sustaplex 325 1.5 cc per week (2x per week)
wks4-10 Sustaplex 325 2 cc per week (2x per week)
hcg throughout
Nolva PCT
What do you think of the cycle? What about PCT? Any recomendations???
