Help for a newbie!!! 34 yrs old, stats...

Hello everyone,

I've been reading here for about 3-4 weeks and like what I hear. I need some help with my first cycle. First off, here's my stats:

34 yrs old
17 years work out history (on and off since high school) latest is 1 month
6'
195 lbs
15-17% body fat (will know exact after trip to Dr. for blood work)


Diet and nutrition is solid... eating 200-250 g of protein a day, etc etc...

My goals are to put on 15-20 lbs, shread fat and get strong. I am not starting my cycle until mid-June.

My cycle:

wks 1-8 deca 1.5 cc per week (2x per week)
wks 1-3 Sustaplex 325 1.5 cc per week (2x per week)
wks4-10 Sustaplex 325 2 cc per week (2x per week)

hcg throughout
Nolva PCT

What do you think of the cycle? What about PCT? Any recomendations???

What's the dosage on the deca?
Why are you doing 1.5cc's @325 and then 2cc's@ 325?
It doesn't matter anyways, cc's does not matter just give us the mg's.

wks 1-3 500 mg's sustaplex (2x per week)
wks 4-10 800 mg's sustaplex (2x per week)

These are recomendations from a friend. Not too sure what to think...

That's a bit much for a first.
I would suggest the sust @500/wk 10wks for your first.

Thanks man, that's what I thought. My friend has been doing this forever and after reading here the sust seemed like too much.

I know everyone is different but what can I expect in the way of gains for my first time? What will the deca do and what can I expect from the sust? I'll be training 5-6 x per week and my diet is solid. I will post some pics here soon before I start to get some feedback.

yer bro 500mg a week of sustanon for 10 weeks will be good. you will put on some good size with the sustanon along with strength, not to mention you will wanna ring up every chick in your phone for a fuck! haha. save the deca for your 2nd cycle bro.

If you are working out right and eating right 250mgs of test a week is more then enough too.
 
Thanks for the feeback bros! I think I'm going to save the deca for my 2nd and run straight sustaplex 325mg's/wk for 10 weeks. I almost jabbed myself the other day and had to back off. I want to get at least 2 solid months of lifting back under my belt before I start. Muscle has memory, without a doubt... I'm in week 4 I already see the natural gains and strength. I can't wait to see what this 10 weeker is going to do...

I would add that you should think about lifting a little longer before you start your cycle. You've only been at it for 4 weeks and you want to start after just 8 weeks ? You need to really strengthen the connective tissues.
Wait until you've been at it 6 months solid then start. Alot of bros would say 1 yr min.

Thanks for the feedback man. I started working out when I was 17 years old, I'm now 34. I have a good base. On and off, on then off for the last 17 years or so. Even though I've been out of the gym for 2 years you still think I should wait 6 months minimum?
