Help: Ellbow/biceps problems

I need your help !
For 4 months now I have been suffering from a ligament or
tendon pain in my both ellbows. I guess I exagareted my biceps
training. When I flex my biceps it hurts. I can't do biceps training
anymore. It hurts when I do lat or just hit a double biceps
pose. I try to avoid exercises that flex my biceps too much, but
there aren't many. I haven't seen a doctor yet, but will do that
in the next days. I have enough.
The pain is located in the outer upper part of the ellbow. When
I rotate the forearm outwards the pain is strongest.

Do you have similar experiences? What have you done against
it?

I have had chronic elbow pain for years... Mine is more associated with the joint (as many here probably have). Are you certain the pain is not joint related? For me Deca of course helps alot. Additionally when cycling GH it totally eliminated the pain in both my elbows and shoulders. Of course the pain resurfaced within about two months of going off the GH. If the pain is really ligament or tendon related the Deca will probably do little, on the other hand GH will probably help alot with that type of injury.
