Help Designing a Cutting Cycle

My current stats.....

33 5' 10" 195lbs approx 20%.......I am currently on wk 3 of a 12 wk SUS/DBOL cycle...this is actually "The I'm Back, kick-start cycle".....I just want to get strong and build some queality muscle by the end of this cycle....I'm expecting to get up to about 205 while keeping my BF in tact.

I want to start planning my next cycle....

my 1st question is...How long should I wait to begin my cutting cycle after my last shot of my current cycle? I was thinking a good 4-6 weeks.

my 2nd question is....What should I be taking, if anythign to maintain my gains as best I can during this in-between time? I was just thinking creatine and glutamine.

And the most important and 3rd question......What should this cutting cycle look like????.....Here is my goal........I want to start looking lean GOD DAMN it.....I've spent most of my weight training life trying to get big and strong....and I've come to the conclusion at 33 that I will never be as big as I really want (220-230)...and my biggest fear is trying to cut up and falling into the 180s.....I want to be 200 and lean.....As I said I'll be hovering around 20% when I start the cutting phase.....I eat right and do my cardio but genetically i tend to hold lots of water and store fat like a bear in hibernation....Its very frustrating being me.....anyway enough of my whinning....I want to stay at my 200 and get down as close to 10% as possible and I want this water pulled out of me....Whatever the common solution is I will role with.

ok well your cutting cycle should prob consist of clen/cytomel and to keep some of the size you are talking about you would prob want to add deca or eq and some winny at eh end for hardness. but first wat is your cycle history and also the only way to get cut like you want is diet! this will also help maintain you mass you want.

OK....I will need it a little bit more laid out for me i.e. dosages and length of cycle......

I have never been consistant...I cycled on and off 7+ years ago and then started up again last summer with the same cycle I am on now...i have been off for almost a year until 2 weeks ago...

Here is what i am doing now

wk 1-10 25mg DBOL & 500mg SUS
wk 11-12 Clomid

My diet has always been good....I have cut out all high fats and simple carbs....I am taking in 5-6 meals per day at about 500 calories per consisting of complex carbs and minimum 40G Protein per meal....Although I am bulking I make sure to 20-30 min high intensity cardio after my workouts 5X/wk

I have completed a total of 5 cycles but none of which were of the cutting variety...It has always been shoot, eat as much as you can and lift as much as you can....I want to move past this and start getting lean.
 
Not to be rude or anything bro, but have you tried leaning out by adjusting your diet before? Just asking. :)
 
ok well i think a good cutting cycle would be as follows:

run clen 2 week on 2 week through cycle. start at 40mcg's and you can pyramid up to 120mcg

cytomel should be run,
day 1-4 = 25mcg's
day 5-8 = 50mcg's
day 9-12 = 75mcg's
day 13-23 = 100mcg's
day 24-27 = 75mcg's
day 28-33 = 50mcg's
day 34-39 = 25mcg's
day 40-50 = 12.5mcgs
then day 51-58 do 12.5mcg's eod

along with these id run tren 75mg ed week 1-5
and then deca 600mg/week 1-10
and winny 50mg ed week 4-10
and pct with clomid and keep nolv on hand jus in case you got any gyno from the deca.

how does this sound to you?

good luck getting wood on that cycle... deca is progesterone based nolva wont help much with that or poss tren gyno.. :rolleyes:
 
Dude at 20% bf you need to drop the dbol because that's going to increase your water retention. Also, at 20% bf you are at a high risk for the big gyno!!!!! I would definitely choose EQ over deca when cutting and run EQ twice as high as test for the duration...say 400mg EQ and 200mg test. EQ should help maintain your muscle mass while you chop away at the fat. Also run liquidex at .5mg ed or 1mg eod. By the way, at 20% there is no way to stay at 200lbs and get down to 10% remember alot of your weight is water and fat so you are going to have to appear lighter on the scale. Just letting you know!
