Hey everyone
I have a few questions on OMRON. One of the drawbacks I have with the Tanita scale is that you really have to be precise with the timing of measuring your bodyfat. You see, on the Tanita, you could be losing fat but if you are dehydrated it will read a higher bodyfat percentage. The Tanita does NOT tell you how many fat pounds you have and that's where everything gets screwy.
Is it true that OMRON bodyfat scales have a reading that shows how many fat pounds you have lost? Is it accurate despite knowing when to test it?
You see, all I care about is testing how many fat pounds I have, not what my bodyfat percentage is. Yes, I should keep a closer eye on bodyfat percentage but it's tough to get an accurate reading with biopedance readings (sp?).
That is all, thanks!
