Help before I fucking kill somone!

You know how you type in a URL and its not right and it sends you to an error page? Well for some reason I get this page "http://www.lop.com/dnserror.cgi?s" and the reason why is because there is a line of HTML in the error page site (which is located on my comptuer) that forwards me to that site. That is such fucking bullshit because that site has popups and it pisses me to hell. I want to know how I can edit the error site so I can delete that line of code before I fucking go over to wherever the fuck lop.com is located and shot those fucking faggots for messing with my computer.

I know the error page is located here but I dont know how to edit it as it's in a DLL "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/http_500.htm"

I'm using Windows XP (I learned that the driver is in my system32 directory, not my system directory). My IE version is 6.0.26

Maybe I could update IE? Couldn't hurt, I'll go try.
