Help. an experienced lifter first time bulking

so i just started a full out bulking nutrition routine and my gym weights are going up pretty fast but i'm also feeling bloated and a little beefcake.. i've gone from 179 to 190 in just over a month!, taking just otc supps.. i gain quite easily. i'm used to eating only for the purpose of cutting and for lbm.

can you guys help me out a little? there may be a few things im taking a little too much of and im worried im just gonna get fat. let me know what you guys think and if theres stuff i should add/take away.. thanks.

meal 1:
3 eggs, 1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup oats, 1 scoop whey

meal 2:
whey shake (1 cup milk, water, 2 scoops whey, 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup maltodextrin)
1 serving of fruit
rice cake with 2 tbsp of peanut butter

meal 3:
2 sliced patties lean beef -or- roast beef, 1 or 2 tortillas, mustard
2 cups 1% milk

meal 4: (pwo)
whey shake (same ingredients but add 6 tsp dextrose)
2 tbsp peanut butter and sugarfree jelly on slice of bread

meal 5:
sirloin -or- 3 tenderloins of almond crusted chicken
3 eggs -or- handful of almonds

meal 6:
casein shake (2 scoops, enova oil, sipped throughout nite)
 
If you bulk, you'll gain some bodyfat, no matter what - so expect it.


meal 1:

make that 4 eggs and 1 cup of egg whites

meal 2:
whey shake (1 cup milk, water, 2 scoops whey, 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 cup maltodextrin)
1 serving of fruit
rice cake with 2 tbsp of peanut butter
make that an egg-white shake, 50% eggwhite/50%whey, and increase to 3 scoops


meal 3:
2 sliced patties lean beef -or- roast beef, 1 or 2 tortillas, mustard
2 cups 1% milk
drop milk, add more beef, another slice/patty

meal 4: (pwo)
whey shake (same ingredients but add 6 tsp dextrose)
2 tbsp peanut butter and sugarfree jelly on slice of bread
same as last meal like this

meal 5:
sirloin -or- 3 tenderloins of almond crusted chicken
3 eggs -or- handful of almonds
add some egg whites and add 1tbsp. MCT oil

meal 6:
casein shake (2 scoops, enova oil, sipped throughout nite)
add 2tbsp. of fiber before bed

what do you mean exactly by eggwhite shake? take out milk/water?

also, i sip on a 1/2 gallon of 1% milk throughout the day and early afternoon.

yes theres egg protein powder and liquid eggwhites.. i already have 1/4 cup egg whites in the shake. are you saying add more eggwhites (1 cup?) with an extra scoop whey on top of the milk/water... sor for the confusion ace
