Help a Newbie!

I am 18 years old, 6' and 155lbs.
I just got inscribed to a gym and want to start gaining lots of quality lean mass. Yet I have a few questions that would need answering. Here Goes :

Conventional vs HIT Training:
Which is better? The way I understand it, conventional training basically consists of lots of exercises which target more specific areas of the body with multiple sets and repititions. While HIT Training basically is more generalized exercises (Squats, BP..) with a single set until failure. I think I would personally prefer HIT, but that depends if it's good for me?

How Often to Train:
How often should I train? Which brings back the Conventional vs HIT debate, I've seen conventional routines that call for 4-5 days of workout against HIT routines that ask for 2-3?

Cardiovascual Exercise:
I am in very bad cardio health even tho I am pretty lean, I get dizzy really quick but I guess I could fix that rather quickly if I did decide to start training it, which I want.

Liquified Foods:
I go to school for a major part of my day (7 courses this semester) which does seriously impede on my ability to eat 6 meals a day. Would putting it thru the blender and gulping it down make a difference nutrient-wise?

Protein Supplements:
How often and when to take these? I do my workouts nearly the first thing in the morning because of my school schedule. When should I take these and how much?

Routine:
If anyone would be kind enough to make me a customized routine that would work my entire body in the least amount of time possible while maintaining high efficacity, I would be truly grateful. (This is one of the reason I think I would like HIT Training better...specially since it allows for more cardio time)

Anyway, lots of questions,
Answers would be really welcomed.

Thanks

Wrong board, try splitting that up and posting parts in the training board and others in diet...you will get better responses that way(I will respond once its there).
