help a man in trouble???

I've been a quiet reader for a little while and I'm coming to you guys cause basically, I think 80% of you are smarter than the medical community out there – and you all have first hand experience. It may seem dramatic, but I feel like I'm in trouble here. Please listen and give any advice you can... this IS a cry for help.

MY SITUATION:
I'm not a pro, but I have passion for fighting (in a cage that is) but injuries and frustration have made me consider quitting it all. I'm at the point where I will do ANYTHING to get back in shape so that my hard training will give me some satisfaction. (I know there’s plenty of NON-pros out there who go through the same emotions as the pros.)

MY PROBLEMS:
I’m an insomniac. I have BAD Asthma, which makes cardio almost impossible. Worse than that, I’ve lost all my physical gains to INJURIES!!! After 26 years, I just decided to start drinking, a little rec drug use, and I eat like shit.… but that’s my fault and its a byproduct of my frustration.

MY INJURIES: (these are only the major ones)
Lower Back injuries twice - kept me out of training 6 months each time
Right Knee twice - kept me out for 3 months each time.
Torn Rotator cuff on my RIGHT- 4 months out. Did it 3 months ago after 3 months of full time training in Thailand – lost all my gains there.
And recently… 3rd Degree Dislocation of my LEFT AC joint. I'm going to be out as much as 6 months. But I tend to heal fast. (Fingers crossed)

MY STATS:
26 years old
5' 7"
180 lbs
About 20% bf
Training: Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Muay Thai kick boxing

WHAT I NEED:
TO DROP A LOT OF FAT and be SMALL. (my goal is to be a lightweight fighter)
To make it through a fight (or several in one night) without an asthma attack or exhaustion.
TO BE STRONG.
To be ready for a bunch of tournaments this summer.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO???
I wasn’t blessed with genetics so doing it naturally just isn't working. Since many fighters out there are on the gear, I've considered (and researched) it for the past couple years.

Right now I can’t train. So I think its diet drugs for me. I WANT THE BEST! Might as well drop fat while I can’t do hard training. I’m leading myself into the CLEN direction. From what I hear it’s good for fat burning and asthma. Seems like it was made for me. I live 2 hours from Mexico, so it seems worth the drive. I’m thinking the lack of hard training will cure my insomnia, but maybe the Clen will bring it back. Lately I’ve been loving Valium to have a good sleep.

I KNOW, I KNOW… stop eating like shit and drinking. I will work on it. But what’s a good diet for me while I’m on the couch with 5 ice packs, popping Advil and Clen? Seems like I could really cut calories, cause I’m not going to be burning much. You tell me!?

Gear? Is it possible to design a couch-ridden cycle that will help me?

This is a message from a desperate man. Please help. Don’t let me become a fat quitter.

well u seem determined to fight and thats a good start but first off, i'd just try to get everything else in order...start clean with your habits, and let yourself heal, if u still feel the urge to fight when your all good, the sure i'm sure everyone here will be glad to help with some aas advice =) good luck

Dude, the best and only thing you should be doing is letting those injuries heal. Whip your diet and lifestyle into shape, take a year off to mend your body, and then ease back into training. I used to box, so I'm finding it hard to believe that you can be a fighter with your breathing problems. If you can't do cardio, I wouldn't think you should be fighting. Gear and other substances are out of the question right now bro. You need to pull your crap together. Sorry, just laying down the facts. Good luck.

Well you said you want the best diet drug and I belive that DNP is the strongest right now. But let me say if you fuck up on dosing it will kill you by frying your insides. So do some reaserch on DNP because it might be for you and I guess if you know what your doing its pretty safe.

I can relate somewhat since my shattered ankle took me out of the ring. If I return, I risk never walking again and some serious doctor bills. To answer your questions....first, Clenbuterol will help your asthma as well as shed some fat but the effects will fully depend on your diet. Second, you need to stay off the valium if you want to keep your head straight. Get your head straight! Third, if you lack endurance from no cardio, you should stay in the heavyweights. Those little guys can put up quite a little fight for a long time. If you can't hang (not being a dick but I don't know your skills), you're gonna get your ass kicked. I would take some time off to train, and get my head straight if I were you. Try not to feel sorry for yourself (again, not trying to be a dick but when I was jacked up, I was like a baby, helpless), and take life by the horns. You should feel fortunate my friend, there are millions of fucked up people out there, just be glad you have the ability to get back into it. And as far as the AAS, do a search, and see whats right for you. God bless, Good luck!

Do not, I repeat, do not diet while you are trying to heal. Stop the drinking and drugs. Get proper nutrition in as well as plently of rest. Train the body parts which are not injured. Use high intensity but limit each body part to one workout per week and only stay in the gym for 30 minutes per session.

Drugs to consider, HGH, anavar, and deca. Only at low doses.

After you are healed then you can diet.
