Help a brother out.....

OK, posted on the anabolic site about whether or not to take clen or winny to aide in weight loss, they suggested just cardio and diet. I am a former college football player, have weight trained my whole life.....I am 6'4 285, would love to see 250 again.....what would you guys suggest? what type of cardio, diet, would you use any clen or anything....be descriptive and not general if you can.....thanks alot for the help.
