Some people are so stupid. Jeez. Is it so hard to push the buttons on the phone in the order in which they appear on the sheet of paper on which they are written? Isn't it standard procedure to either introduce yourself or ask for the person to whom you wish to speak after making a phone call? Since when did endless "hello'ing" become the standard?
